回转式冷藏箱 Rotary Cooler

回转式存取冷藏箱主要应用于生物样本、医药、化工及食品等领域,实现生物样本等确保在 2~8℃、-30℃、-86℃、-150℃等低温工况下实现冷冻存取操作。从冷藏箱设计角度分析,该设备及其系统具有如下特点:

1.冷藏箱围护结构选用真空保温板(VIP)和聚氨酯板复合而成,保温效果良好,采用特殊的库门开启方式,减小漏冷,节能高效;

2.使用特殊的回转式货架,避免工作人员进出,极大的保证了工作人员生命安全,降低了生物样本污染及交叉感染的风险,提高了工作效率;

3.驱动装置的输出端与货架相连接,通过上位机系统记录冷藏分区与冷藏物品的对应关系,并通过运动控制器、PLC控制器将信号传递给驱动装置控制器,驱动驱动装置运动,实现智能自动化控制;

4.冷藏箱内设置PT100温度探头,通过上位机系统实时监控冷藏箱内状态,并通过温度模块、PLC控制器自动控制低温电磁阀,控制精准,冷藏箱内温度波动小,保障了储存物的安全

 

     Rotary access refrigerators are mainly used in biological samples, medicine, chemical industry, food and other fields. Biological samples are guaranteed to be frozen at low temperatures ranging from 2 to 8, - 30, - 86 and - 150%. From the point of view of refrigeration box design, the equipment and its system have the following characteristics:

1. The enclosure structure of refrigeration box is composed of vacuum insulating board (VIP) and polyurethane board. The insulation effect is good. Special opening mode of storage door is adopted to reduce leakage of cold and save energy and efficiency.

2. The use of special revolving shelves to avoid staff entry and exit greatly ensures the safety of staff, reduces the risk of biological sample contamination and cross-infection, and improves work efficiency;

3. The output terminal of the driving device is connected with the shelf, and the corresponding relationship between the refrigerated area and the refrigerated items is recorded by the upper computer system. The signal is transmitted to the driving device controller through the motion controller and the PLC controller, which drives the driving device to move and realizes the intelligent automatic control.

4. The PT100 temperature probe is set in the refrigeration box to monitor the state of the refrigeration box in real time through the upper computer system, and the low temperature solenoid valve is automatically controlled by the temperature module and the PLC controller. The temperature fluctuation in the refrigeration box is small, which ensures the safety of the storage.
